  • Support Coordination & Psychosocial Recovery Coaching Guiding you through your NDIS plan, connecting you with the right services, and building your capacity to self-direct over time.
  • Supported Independent Living (SIL) Helping you live more independently with 24/7 or drop-in support in shared or individual homes.
  • Independent Living Options (ILO) Flexible, person-designed living arrangements that prioritise choice, relationships, and community connection.
  • Daily Living & Community Supports Assistance with personal care, routines, community participation, transport, and skill-building.
  • Respite & Short-Term Accommodation (STA) Providing a safe, supportive break for both participants and carers.
  • Referrals to Trusted Partners We maintain strong partnerships with SDA housing providers, allied health clinicians, community supports, and cultural supports to complement our services.
